On Saturday, May 10, 2014, hundreds will flock to the upper rogue for the 7th Annual Vintage Faire. This family event will be bigger than ever with musicians, artists, childrens games and a slide, pony rides, vendors, food tastings, civil war reenactments, vintage and classic cars, and much much more for all to enjoy.
TITLE SPONSOR: $500 – Your business name right up there next to the “Eagle Point and Upper Rogue Chamber of Commerce Presents” and on all of our marketing pieces prior to the event as well as on the event map.
VENUE SPONSOR: $250 – Your business name on a banner right above one of our music stages and on all of our marketing pieces prior to the event as well as on the event map.
SR. SPONSOR: $100 – Your business name on a banner right above our “Childrens’ Fun Center” and on all of our marketing pieces prior to the event as well as on the event map.

AGREEMENT: The Eagle Point Upper Rogue Chamber assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or claims arising out of participant’s acts or omissions in or during the Vintage Faire.
BOOTH INFORMATION/VENUE RULES & REGULATIONS
BOOTH SPACE: Vendors will be provided a reserved 10 X 10 space.
SET-UP begins at 8 a.m. EVENT TIME: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
CLEAN-UP: Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their booth area during and after the event.
VENDORS AGREE that they will remain in their booth from the beginning of the event until the end of the event at 4 p.m.
FEES: $25 — No charge for demonstration and non-profit booths.

First We would Like To Wish All the Chamber Members A Very Safe And Happy Halloween:
November General Meeting: Monday November 4th at the Ashpole. 12 noon to 1 pm. This will be another civic opportunity as we’ll get a tour of City Hall and take a behind the scenes look at how our city operates. The lunch is hosted by the City of Eagle Point and we look forward to seeing you all there and keeping the momentum and enthusiasm going.

They will be pouring all of the 2007 varietals that make up our current release Claret.

4th Annual Gobble Till You Wobble: Saturday November 9th 12:30 to 4:30 you’re invited to the tastiest food education you’ve ever had. Ron Clanton and the Rogue Dutch Oven Cookers will be at the Butte Creek Mill Saturday November 9, roasting turkeys, making stuffing, cranberries, all the trimmings, and desserts; all prepared and cooked in Dutch ovens, with the only cooking heat being provided by charcoals.
Veterans Day: Monday November 11th the Senior Center will be sponsoring a Veterans Day breakfast. Always a great gathering place not just for Veterans but for those that want to honor them and hear some good stories. People are asked to meet at the Ashpole Center at 10:30 for the march down Main St to covered bridge. The Veteran’s Day Ceremony will begin right at 11:00 am.

Eagle Point Christmas Tree Lighting: Friday December 6th, The Eagle Point Community Association will sponsor a Christmas tree lighting, Santa’s arrival and other events, beginning at 7 p.m. at Bob Moore Park on Main Street. Events will include a tree lighting, reading of 2013 “Memory Light” in honor of those special to us that have passed.
Make a difference and be a part of the Chamber Board: November we’ll send out the ballots for electing the board. We have two awesome people that are stepping up if we could get one more that would be terrific. Give the community one morning a month, the third Thursday, one hour.
