THE 7TH ANNUAL VINTAGE FAIRE

 

VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM

 

Welcome vendors and thank you for your interest in the 7th Annual Vintage Faire, Saturday, May 10th, at the Butte Creek Mill, 402 Royal Ave. N., Eagle Point, OR.   To ensure your attendance as a vendor,7 Annual Vintage Faire Vendor Registration Form complete and return this to the Eagle Point Upper Rogue Chamber of Commerce, P.O. AGREEMENT:  The Eagle Point Upper Rogue Chamber assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or claims arising out of participant’s acts or omissions in or during the Vintage Faire.

BOOTH INFORMATION/VENUE RULES & REGULATIONS

 

BOOTH SPACE:  Vendors will be provided a reserved 10 X 10 space.

SET-UP begins at 8 a.m.  EVENT TIME:  10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

CLEAN-UP:  Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their booth area during and after the event.

VENDORS AGREE that they will remain in their booth from the beginning of the event until the end of the event at 4 p.m.

FEES:   $25 —     No charge for demonstration and non-profit booths.
